White Chocolate Cocktails To Get Through The White Winter

December 22, 2019

Winter can be rough to get through. It's dark. It's cold. It's windy. But have no fear, there is a way to make it easier until the ice thaws and spring is with us again!

Winter Mint

This cocktail is perfect for getting in the holiday spirit and having a sweet desert cocktail that still tastes fresh and not too rich. The peppermint perfectly balances the sweetness of the white chocolate.... and the glass is so fun!

1.5 oz White Chocolate Mozart Chocolate Liqueur

1 oz vodka

1/2 oz peppermint simple syrup

2 oz cream

Crushed peppermint & red gel food coloring to garnish

Rim the martini glass with the Mozart liqueur and then crushed peppermint. Paint red food coloring in the glass like a swirled mint starting at the bottom and working up. Let the glass sit for a while to allow the food coloring to dry. Mix the other ingredients in a shaker with ice and pour into the glass. Enjoy with merriment!!

White Velvet

This cocktail is for those with a big sweet tooth and really want the full flavor of the white chocolate (the sweetest of all chocolates) to shine through. It's perfect for sipping on after dinner with that special someone or for a girls movie night complete with a box of chocolate!

Winter Storm White Russian

I loveeeeeee White Russians. I love coffee, I love chocolate, I love vodka... it is my jam. My fiancé and I have a tradition where every time there is a big snow storm we make White Russians and curl up on our couch! This one is a play on the classic White Russian by adding in the white chocolate. It gives it a little extra kick and flavor and the Mozart White Chocolate liqueur pairs perfectly with the coffee flavor! This one is a tall version (because a short is never enough for me) and I use a thinner milk to balance out the thicker liqueur!

1.5 oz White Chocolate Mozart Chocolate Liqueur

2 oz vodka

1 oz Kahlùa

2.5 oz 1% milk

Chocolate Syrup

Paint the inside of the glass with chocolate syrup. Shake with ice the liqueur, vodka, Kahlùa and milk and pour into glass. Serve with a piece of chocolate, a warm cozy blanket and your favorite movie!

Cheers Gypsies!!
